Report Manager Errors

Are you encountering errors when you use the report manager in HIFIS? Here are some common ones you might see and how to resolve them.

Global Errors

In the following section, the error is not specific to a single report. Either the issue is present when you load the Report Manager, or it happens when you run any report regardless of which one it is.

"The system cannot find the path specified"

The Crystal Reports viewer doesn’t display inline in the page

"The maximum report processing jobs limit configured by your system administrator has been reached"

Graphs/images not displaying in the report

Report-Specific Errors

In the following section, the report is only present on some reports and not others.

"No Error"

"500 Internal Server. See ELMAH for more detailed information"

"500 Internal Server. The operation has timed out."

"500 Internal Server. The maximum array length quota (######) has been exceeded while reading XML data."

"500 Internal Server. The maximum message size quota for incoming messages (######) has been exceeded."

"Division by zero"

"Value cannot be null. Parameter name: expression" or "Missing parameter value"

"Operation illegal on linked parameter"

"Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index"

Sometimes the report is blank and sometimes it has data

"Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'IF'"

"The rowset column could not be found."

"Page header or footer longer than a page."

"Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters."

Unresolved Errors
